The Philippine Congress has prohibited the importation or the use of aspartame, punishable by heavy fines.  The US Congresss can do no such thing  until the medical industry gives the OK.   That time will come when  the devestation caused by this product outweighs the profits.  Then it will be banned. Earlier data from the same study linked aspartame to a greater risk of leukemias and lymphomas, even at doses very close to what is considered the acceptable daily intake for humans.

6. I assure you, MONSANTO, the creator of Aspartame knows how deadly it is. They fund among others, the American Diabetes Association, the American Dietetic Association, the
Conference of the American College of Physicians.
